SHIPPING:All orders are shipped 24-48 hours after payment has cleared. Shipping and handling charges are $15 per order.  For faster delivery customers can contact me.

SHIPPING ADDRESS:We can ship to the billing address on file with your credit card company or to another party as long as we have both the address of the cardholder and the address of the receiver of the order.

TAXES: Customers within British Columbia have to pay 6% GST + 7% PST. All other Canadian customers pay 6% GST. Customers from any country other than Canada do NOT pay taxes.

INSURANCE: We only use best packing material in hopes of making it impossible for an item to be damaged during delivery. Unfortunately, there is always a tiny possibility of receiving a damaged item, which is why we insure all packages shipped. If you receive a damaged item, please call, fax or e-mail and we will advise further. If the item is in stock, we will send you a replacement upon receipt of the damaged item.

RETURNS: : We want you happy, not merely satisfied. We will take back any stock piece that has not been worn, altered, polished or engraved. If you are not sure that you will like one of our original custom pieces, DO NOT order it. If your heart doesn\’t say 'this is the one' keep on looking! If you are disappointed with your purchase you will know as soon as you open the package, just return it within seven days. If you have a question just ask us! Remember we want you to be happy!

Shipping, Insurance and Handling charges are non-refundable. Before returning any product, please email us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. We need the (RMA) number on the return package for shipping information and/or customs. When asking us for an RMA please have the following invoice information on hand; customer name, invoice number, item number and invoice date. For your protection we require the original shipping boxes and insurance on your return package to ensure the full return value of the product.
